Dealers will now have access to a dedicated portal at shadowemea.com, providing a user-friendly interface for ordering shades and receiving support from the CI Systems team. The portal will be available in multiple languages, ensuring ease of use for all Crestron dealers across the EMEA region. Dealers can estimate and purchase shades in UK £, € (euro), or US $, providing flexibility and convenience for international transactions. 

Comprehensive Support and Training

CI Systems will provide our dealers with robust support for Shadow EMEA shades, specifically around installation, fabrics, and motor diagnostics. Further support for the QMT shade motors will be offered via Crestron True Blue Support for assistance once the CI Systems team has run diagnostics.

Dealers will also have access to comprehensive training support from Crestron. CI Systems’ Shadow EMEA line of shades is powered by Crestron’s QMT shade motors and utilizes the same Crestron brackets, which means Crestron’s online and in-person training is a great resource for dealers to get all the info they need to install and troubleshoot Crestron’s QMT motors.
