The homeowners were adamant about adding third-party security to the Crestron platform, allowing all the controls to be accessed through a single interface. All integrated security, such as ekey locks, CCTV camera feeds, and Panasonic® video doorbells, is provided through the Crestron app. Tense keypads were implemented to blend harmoniously with their surroundings, and ceiling fans were installed that seamlessly integrate with the Crestron app. House staff receive limited access to the Crestron app to control common areas with restricted functionality for lights and curtains.

The Crestron Home OS is the backbone of the penthouse, and provides seamless control across every room with customized controls and individual access levels to disable certain features for the kids or guests. The home has other amazing features including a luxurious media room with comfortable seating and a Dolby® surround sound system, an indoor bar for entertaining, and a Jacuzzi® tub in the primary suite.
