4 Room CAT5 Balanced Audio Receiver

Converts up to four Crestron Home® CAT 5 balanced audio signals to RCA unbalanced audio.
The CNX-PBAR4 is designed for systems utilizing multiple CNX-BIPAD8 audio distribution processors to enable redistribution of audio return signals from up to four CNXRMCLV, C2N-DAP8, or C2N-DAP8RC room solution boxes. The CNX-PBAR4 installs at the head end and connects in line with the bidirectional CAT5 audio cables that run between the CNX-BIPAD8 and each remote room solution box. For each room, an unbalanced audio signal is extracted from the return feed to be connected to any available source input on the CNX-BIPAD8, allowing the return signal to be distributed to any other room as if it were another head end source.
The CAT5 balanced room output signal from the CNX-BIPAD8 is passed directly through the CNX-PBAR4 to the room solution box without processing. The CNX-PBAR4 is designed for transparent operation and contains no adjustments or switching circuitry. The CNX-PBAR4 includes a dedicated external power pack and requires no connection to the Cresnet control network.
The CNX-PBAR4 can also be used anywhere it is necessary to convert multiple Crestron® CAT5 balanced audio signals to feed conventional unbalanced line-level inputs.
